What is an
adiabatic process?

In thermodynamics, an adiabatic process is one in which no heat is transferred between a system and its surroundings. Energy stays where it should — inside the system, doing work. We built the company on the same belief: a battery that wastes nothing.

Isolation

The system holds its own energy. Nothing leaks out as wasted heat. Nothing leaks in to disturb the work.

Efficiency

Every joule that goes in either becomes useful work or stays available. No conversion losses, no thermal bleed.

Transformation

Energy changes form — chemical to electrical to motion — without escaping. The boundary holds.

Why we exist

India deserves
better batteries.

For too long, India has imported the cells that power its most critical industries — and accepted whatever specs, lead times, and after-sales the global supply chain decided to provide. That's the problem we started Adiabatic to solve.

Founded in 2022 by an IIT Hyderabad-trained engineer with four years inside the Indian Li-ion industry, Adiabatic now operates a 6,000 sq.ft R&D and assembly facility in Nagapur MIDC, Ahmednagar — office, conference hall, dedicated R&D area, and a working assembly line under one roof.

We engineer custom lithium-ion battery systems end-to-end: cell chemistry, BMS firmware, thermal architecture, pack assembly, charger integration, after-sales monitoring. One supplier, one stack, one team that knows your duty cycle from the first conversation to the warranty replacement five years out.

Today, our systems run inside the platforms that won't tolerate downtime — humanoid robots on production floors, defence drones in the field, autonomous warehouse fleets, solar storage arrays, and the next generation of Indian industrial automation.
